Well...its been a while, kind of forgot to blog, so here i am....a year ago today we got Cassie from the dog and cat home, i knew she would be worth it and she is, she has helped my older 2 girls perk up and she is a joy to have around, goes everywhere at 100 miles an hour, drops heavy bone on your feet, sleeps atop of the sofa while looking out of the window for us to return,in a way, im glad her owners gave her up, if they hadnt we would have missed out on the fun she brings...so happy 1st anniversay in your forever home...and so im not leaving out my other two here they are
 Penny.....my grey haired oldie

got these solar butterfly lights, hung them over the shed, they looked gret, then one night no light, only had them a week so i took them down and went into the garage to put them back in their box to go back to the shop with them.....they lit up in the garage, weird, so i lay them on the outside table and that night they lit up, so ive got them back on the shed and last night they lit up....dont know what was going on with them, maybe they were just on strike..
look who came for the fat balls today ...Mr Jackdaw

walking over the moor today i saw this snail with a whirl stripe on the shell, really pretty. Just saw the one deer, the grass is so high now is hard to spot them, had Cassie with me , here she is

Here is Penny curled up cosy on the sofa
Do you think Rosie likes the new duvets?
Tight squeeze with the new duvet, comfy though
Cassie will curl up at this end of the sofa

Can you believe this is the same dog? Penny was very overweight, too many treats from hubby, when we got young Cassie
i decided that some drastic measures were needed.Cassie is such a hungry girl so i wanted her to feel full but not of calories, answer was carrots, cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli...i wasnt sure Penny and Rosie would eat the veg but amazingly they loved them ,even eating the veg before the dog food, 10 mths on and Penny has lost 5kg  and Rosie has lost 7kg and the vet was impressed, im sure now its been worth it as Penny can now have a lovely walk round the mor with me, when she was heavy , she could barely make it down the road....wish i could lose 5kgs lol

Rosie...who will be 12 in Sept , is enjoying the sun last week, this is her fav spot till she getts way too hot and has to move into the shade. With us cutting down the tall trees last year means the garden gets more sun, dont know if thats good or bad.Lots of tadpoles are in the pond, lost them all last year, so im pleased this batch have survived...looking forward to seeing teeny froglets soon
